Deepak's media entities media channels had been operating independently from one and other. Connecting these entities to deepakchopra.com and make the website the center of a network had a strong potential to expedite the aggregation of people on each channels. Making these connections was meant to give us control of the movement of fans from one channel to another.
 

  • More pages and more content has been published on each pages to make the site more SEO relevant. To be able to promote different pages will also help to drive more attention to dc.com without being redundant.

     

  • We place 10-12 promotional posts on Deepak's most visible social channels linking to the site daily, seven days a week. The posts are about an hour apart and their conversion is monitored real time with our system.

     

  • Social Media channels are the biggest attention generators for dc.com. Using them as referrals did not only increase visitor numbers for the site, but we started pulling back comments from some of those social channels to further increase the quantity of the content on the website.

     

  • There are a lot of assets produced by Deepak not fully utilized and they were simple to re-purpose. We publish either existing or create new content, but we do publish very consistently.

     

  • YouTube is a tool to offset video service cost. This should not be the only purpose of this media channel. We did turn YouTube into a traffic driver as well. The videos got branding, they are properly tagged and they promote deepakchopra.com and the network.
